Researchers dig through old records to map a hidden COPD complication
NCT ID NCT07102823
Summary
This study aims to learn more about a specific type of high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension) that can occur in people with COPD. Researchers will look back at the existing medical records of 1,000 patients who already had a specific heart test. The goal is to identify patterns and characteristics to improve future understanding and care, but this study does not provide any new treatment to participants.
