New registry to track COPD Patients' daily struggles and treatments

This study will follow 3,000 people with COPD who have frequent flare-ups to see how the disease changes over time and what treatments they receive. Researchers will collect information from medical records and surveys to understand treatment patterns, quality of life, and caregiver burden. No new drug is being tested; the goal is to gather real-world data to improve future care.
