First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares a special exercise program called Coordinative Locomotor Training (CLT) to regular physiotherapy for children aged 8 to 12 with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy, a condition that causes stiffness on one side of the body. CLT uses running and skating movements to train both arms and legs to work together. The goal is to see if CLT improves coordination and balance more than standard therapy after 4 weeks of training.
