Summary
This study tests if carefully cooling the body of newborns who suffered brain injury from lack of oxygen can improve their chances of survival and long-term development. Researchers will monitor 120 babies to see if the treatment helps them survive to leave the hospital and reach developmental milestones. The goal is to reduce brain damage and improve quality of life.
