First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), a special X-ray that uses an injected dye to make breast tissue and blood vessels clearer. It aims to see if CEM can find breast cancer more accurately than standard mammograms and help doctors choose the best spots for biopsy. About 100 women with suspicious breast findings will participate. The goal is to improve cancer detection and reduce missed diagnoses.
