This study tests whether a small, wireless adhesive thermometer can continuously monitor the body temperature of preterm babies (born between 32 and 37 weeks) during the first 15 minutes after birth, as well as their mothers during delivery. The goal is to see if this non-invasive device is feasible, accurate compared to standard rectal temperature readings, and gentle on the skin. The study also explores whether the mother's temperature during labor relates to the baby's temperature after birth, which could help improve thermal care for vulnerable newborns.
