Summary

This study tests whether offering small financial rewards can help people continue their medication for opioid use disorder after they leave the emergency department. Researchers will compare 30 adults who get usual care plus rewards to those who get usual care alone. The goal is to see if rewards improve attendance at follow-up clinic appointments and reduce opioid use.
