First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether chemotherapy followed by local treatments can control retinoblastoma (an eye cancer in children) and avoid removing the eye or using radiation. About 133 children with different stages of the disease will receive tailored drug regimens. The main goal is to see how many eyes can be saved without needing enucleation or external beam radiation.
