Summary
This study tests whether a storytelling program can help adults in a large city in northern Vietnam better control their high blood pressure. Researchers will enroll 700 adults with uncontrolled hypertension and compare those who receive the storytelling intervention to those who do not. The goal is to see if this approach can lower blood pressure and improve medication adherence.
