Summary
This study aims to find better ways to diagnose concussions on the spot and set safer rules for when athletes can return to play. Researchers will test whether a new blood test can detect concussion and if special neck and vision training can help prevent these brain injuries. They are enrolling up to 4,000 athletes aged 12 to 30 to gather this information.
