NCT ID NCT05034835

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether wearing compression garments (gloves or sleeves) can reduce nerve pain in people with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) of the upper limbs. Sixty participants will either receive usual care plus the garment or usual care alone for three months. Pain levels will be tracked weekly, with follow-ups at 6 months and 1 year.

What this could lead to

If it works, this could offer a simple, non-drug option to ease nerve pain in people with CRPS.
