Summary
This study tests whether a traditional Chinese medicine called Compound Ejiao Syrup can improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients who have recently left the ICU. About 156 critically ill adults will receive either the syrup or a placebo for 90 days. The main goal is to see if they can walk farther in six minutes, with additional checks on physical function and well-being.
