Summary

This study looks at a serious condition called TMA, where small blood clots damage the kidneys and brain. Researchers want to see if a new lab test can better identify which patients have a specific immune system problem causing their illness. The goal is to help doctors choose the right treatment faster. About 42 adults with acute kidney injury and signs of TMA will take part.
