This study asks whether autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is linked to a higher risk of blood clots in people with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Researchers will compare the number of thrombotic events in APS patients who have AIHA versus those who do not. The study will enroll 230 adults with APS and signs of hemolysis, using blood tests to identify AIHA.
