Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called Arnovie101 for people with lupus or autoimmune hemolytic anemia. The therapy uses mRNA to create CAR-T cells inside the body, aiming to target and control overactive immune cells. Only 5 participants will be enrolled to check safety and how the drug behaves in the body.
