Summary

This study tests a short, guided self-help program designed to help parents of autistic children (ages 6-17) manage stress and improve well-being. Parents will read workbook materials, listen to audio tracks, and have weekly support calls with a researcher over about 13 weeks. The goal is to see if this compassion-focused approach is practical and effective for reducing parental stress.
