Summary
This study looks at the best time to give radiation for people having surgery to remove brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain). It compares three options: radiation before surgery, during surgery, or after surgery. The goal is to see which timing best prevents the tumor from coming back. About 90 adults with up to 10 brain metastases will take part.
