Summary
This study was designed to compare two newer technologies for cataract surgery: a femtosecond laser and a special handpiece that monitors eye pressure. The goal was to see if these tools cause less damage to the cornea and use less energy than standard methods. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
