Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—Kendall Method and Feldenkrais Method—for people with Upper Crossed Syndrome, a common condition causing neck pain and poor posture. Researchers will enroll 72 adults aged 20-50 who have had neck pain for over three months. Each group will do their assigned exercises plus standard physical therapy for five weeks. The goal is to see which method better reduces pain, improves neck movement, and helps daily function.
