First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study compares a new multi-branched drain system (Interi) to standard drains in women having implant-based breast reconstruction after mastectomy. The goal is to see if the new drain reduces complications, shortens drain time, and improves patient comfort. About 20 women will take part, and researchers will track safety, fluid drainage, and satisfaction.
