First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study compares two ways to treat H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers. One group gets a 10-day standard antibiotic sequence; the other gets a 7-day treatment tailored to the specific bacteria's drug resistance. The goal is to see which approach clears the infection more effectively. About 600 Korean adults with confirmed H. pylori will take part.
