Summary
This study compares two methods for cleaning deep cavities in teeth with reversible pulpitis (early-stage tooth nerve inflammation). 144 adults aged 18-40 will be randomly assigned to total or selective cavity cleaning. The goal is to see which method better preserves tooth nerve health and prevents infection over one year, using clinical exams, X-rays, and lab analysis of removed tissue.
