First seen Mar 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study compares two approaches to treating anxiety in children and teens aged 8-17. In stepped care, everyone starts with online therapy and gets in-person sessions if needed. In stratified care, participants are assigned to online or in-person therapy based on their needs. The goal is to see if stepped care is as effective as the more personalized approach. About 556 participants will be followed for up to 24 months.
