Can community classes ease your chronic back pain? new study seeks answers
NCT ID NCT06696352
Summary
This study is testing two different community-based group programs to see which one better helps people manage chronic back or neck pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to attend one of two 9-week programs: one focuses on mind-body skills like mindfulness, while the other focuses on general health and wellbeing. The goal is to see which approach is more effective at reducing pain and its impact on daily life and enjoyment over six months.
