First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot study tests whether trained community health workers (promotoras) can help Latinx and Native American adults with moderate to high stress access mental health services and feel better. About 80 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the navigator support, the other gets usual resources. The study measures changes in stress, depression, and well-being over time.
