NCT ID NCT07387146
First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether a community health worker (called a promotora) can help Latinx and Native American adults with moderate to high stress find mental health services and feel better. About 80 adults will be randomly assigned to either work with a promotora or receive usual care. The goal is to see if this approach reduces stress, improves well-being, and is practical in a community setting.
