Summary

This study is testing a communication coaching program called COACH-Cog. It's designed to help older adults who have both dementia and cancer, along with their family caregivers, talk more effectively with their doctors about treatment choices. The goal is to make sure the patient's own wishes and cognitive needs are better understood and supported during decision-making.
