Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs—osimertinib, trastuzumab, and necitumumab—in people with advanced EGFR-mutated lung cancer that no longer responds to osimertinib alone. About 30 participants will receive the drugs to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. The goal is to control the cancer, not cure it, as ongoing treatment is needed.
