New hope for Hard-to-Treat colorectal cancer: Triple-Drug combo targets liver tumors

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (balstilimab, botensilimab, and agenT-797) in adults with a type of colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and hasn't responded to prior treatments. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and what side effects occur. All 17 participants will receive the treatment; there is no placebo group.
