Summary

This study is testing a new drug called belantamab mafodotin when added to three standard chemotherapy drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) for people with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if this combination can improve how well the cancer responds. About 70 participants will be enrolled in this early-phase trial.
