Summary
This early-phase trial is testing the safety and best dose of two drugs, M1774 and ZEN-3694, given together to patients with recurrent ovarian or endometrial cancer. The drugs work by blocking enzymes that cancer cells need to grow. The study aims to find a dose that is safe and potentially effective, especially in tumors with a specific genetic change (ARID1A loss).
