New drug cocktail shows promise for Tough-to-Treat bladder cancer

Summary

This study is for people with metastatic urothelial carcinoma, a type of advanced bladder cancer. It tests combinations of three drugs—sacituzumab govitecan, enfortumab vedotin, and pembrolizumab—to find safe doses and see if they shrink tumors. About 106 participants will join this early-phase trial at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
