First seen Nov 15, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) can clear leftover cancer DNA in people with colorectal cancer who still have signs of disease after surgery and chemotherapy. About 284 adults with a specific type of colorectal cancer (MSS) will receive the drugs and be monitored for 6 months. The goal is to see if the treatment can eliminate remaining cancer cells and prevent the cancer from coming back.
