Summary

This study aims to reduce colorectal cancer disparities in Black and underserved communities in the Phoenix area by providing free, home-based screening tests and education. Participants aged 45 and older who have not had a recent colonoscopy or FIT test can join. The goal is to increase early detection and prevention through better access and patient navigation.
