Summary
This study aims to reduce colon cancer disparities by providing free at-home screening tests and education to Black and underserved communities in Phoenix. Participants receive a simple stool test kit, complete a health questionnaire, and get support navigating follow-up care if needed. The program focuses on making cancer prevention more accessible through community partnerships and patient guidance.
