Summary

This study aims to increase colorectal cancer screening among African Americans, who face higher risks and lower screening rates. About 1,200 participants aged 45-75 will receive a free at-home test kit, educational materials, and reminders. Some will also see targeted social media ads to see if that boosts participation.
