New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07286695
Summary
This study is comparing two different drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if adding fruquintinib to chemotherapy works better or is safer than adding bevacizumab to the same chemotherapy. The trial will involve about 292 adults whose cancer has progressed despite previous treatments.
