Summary

This study looks for early signs of pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) in people with chronic lung diseases like COPD or pulmonary fibrosis. Researchers will analyze collagen fragments in blood and lung tissue to create a 'fingerprint' that could lead to simpler, earlier diagnosis. The goal is to help doctors classify patients better and personalize treatment. About 80 participants are being recruited.
