Summary
This study tested if a drug called colesevelam could safely reduce diarrhea caused by lenalidomide, a common maintenance therapy for multiple myeloma. It involved 25 adult patients with myeloma who were experiencing this specific side effect. The main goal was to see if their diarrhea improved within four weeks of taking colesevelam.
