Summary

This study tested two ways to reduce pain from dental numbing shots in children. 28 kids aged 6 to 12 received a cold technique on one side of the mouth and a numbing gel on the other side during different visits. Researchers measured pain, heart rate, and oxygen levels to see which method worked better.
