Summary
This study is testing if using cold wraps with compression on the hands and feet during chemotherapy is as good as cold wraps alone at reducing nerve pain, a common side effect. It involves 190 women with gynecologic cancers like ovarian or cervical cancer who are receiving a specific chemotherapy drug. The main goal is to see if both methods are similarly effective at managing this painful condition and to check how comfortable and acceptable the treatments are for patients and staff.
