First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at how the anti-inflammatory drug colchicine works in people who have had a heart attack or unstable chest pain (acute coronary syndrome). Researchers will use advanced testing (multi-omics) to understand why some patients respond well and others do not. The goal is to build a model that predicts who will benefit most from colchicine treatment. About 380 adults aged 18 to 80 are being recruited.
