Summary

This study tests a gentle exercise routine called Baduanjin, done in lying, sitting, and standing positions, for people with heart failure after a heart attack. Researchers want to see if it improves heart and lung function and quality of life compared to standard care alone. About 65 adults aged 85 or younger who can move on their own will participate.
