This study tested whether giving teens with type 1 diabetes small rewards and reminders could help them take their insulin more consistently. 173 teens aged 11-17 who used insulin pumps and had trouble with mealtime insulin took part. The goal was to see if this approach could improve their daily insulin use and blood sugar levels over time.
