Summary
This study tested whether adding a medication to targeted cognitive training (brain exercises) could improve thinking and daily life skills in people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. 68 adults completed the study, which measured symptoms, thinking abilities, and daily function over 10 weeks. The goal was to see if the medication could help more people benefit from the training.
