Summary

This study tests a short-term program that combines healthy lifestyle education with brain exercises to improve thinking and memory in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Researchers will enroll 200 people aged 60 and older from local senior centers. Participants are randomly assigned to one of four groups, including a control group, and their cognitive abilities are measured before, after, and three months following the program.
