Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week home-based video game training program can improve cognitive function and driving performance in head and neck cancer survivors who report thinking difficulties after radiation or chemoradiation. Participants will complete questionnaires, use a driving simulator, and play either adaptive cognitive training games or non-adaptive sham games twice a week. The goal is to see if the training speeds up visual processing and attention, which could translate to safer driving.
