Summary

This study aims to better understand cognitive rigidity—the tendency to get stuck in repetitive thoughts—in people with depression. Researchers will test online tasks in 2,500 adults to see how these thinking patterns relate to symptoms like loss of interest or pleasure. No treatment is given; the goal is to improve how we measure and understand rigid thinking in depression.
