Summary

This study compares two types of exercise—cognitive-motor training (combining thinking and movement) and Pilates—to see which better improves balance and stability in children with Down syndrome. Thirty-two children aged 8 to 13 will participate in 8 weeks of supervised sessions. The goal is to find a fun, effective way to help them move more confidently.
