Summary

This study tests a new program that combines thinking exercises with physical movement to help older adults with mild memory problems. The goal is to improve balance, activity levels, and quality of life, and to slow or prevent progression to dementia. Forty-six participants aged 55-90 will use a computer-based system that personalizes their training.
