First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called KYN-5356 to see if it can help with thinking and memory problems that often come with schizophrenia. About 150 adults with stable schizophrenia will take either a low, medium, or high dose of the drug or a placebo daily for 28 days while staying in a clinic. Researchers will measure changes in cognitive function using a digital test and check safety and drug levels in the body.
