Summary

This study tests whether cognitive functional therapy (CFT) can reduce disability in people with chronic low back pain after spinal surgery. 90 adults aged 18-75 who have had surgery at least 3 months ago and still have pain will receive either CFT or a sham treatment. The main goal is to see if CFT improves daily function after 12 weeks.
